This app is horrible. I can’t even get my personal information put in. It pops up with what I’m guessing is an error, but I can’t read it because it’s not in English! What the heck?? It’s not even Spanish. It is oriental, which is fine, but there is no option or way to change the language. Also everything else has been in English except for the error message! HORRIBLE app!

I bought the bike, and fighting with customer service about phones etc. the app will not allow you to enter info after a certain point it turns to a foreign language that’s not readable if you only speak/read english. What a waste, you offer something to accompany your product and it cannot be used world wide.
