Horrible!
This app is horrible. I can’t even get my personal information put in. It pops up with what I’m guessing is an error, but I can’t read it because it’s not in English! What the heck?? It’s not even Spanish. It is oriental, which is fine, but there is no option or way to change the language. Also everything else has been in English except for the error message! HORRIBLE app!

I bought the bike, and fighting with customer service about phones etc. the app will not allow you to enter info after a certain point it turns to a foreign language that’s not readable if you only speak/read english. What a waste, you offer something to accompany your product and it cannot be used world wide.

Bought the bike, got the adapter, downloaded the app. IT DOES NOT WORK. It doesn’t save your info/profile. It’s mainly in Chinese. It does not register the data plug even though it’s the “official Apple Plug” Extremely disappointed and upset. The app is supposed to be motivational instead of a bland LCD readout that just counts. Not happy with this at all. Especially with the cost of the bike, you’d think they’d have this run smoothly.
