Very glitchy app. Made a deposit and sent some crypto to an external wallet. That was ok. Next day made a deposit and then added an additional deposit. I wasn't able to proceed because my account was frozen. I've been waiting for customer service to help me. Going on 4 hours.
I am using MetalPay on Android and nothing works! When I try to add payment methods and I click on the "+" button, and then I click on the debit or link bank account options, nothing happens. It doesn't take me to any new page or anything. When I click on those cards for crypto or for cash, and then I enter my name, address, and date of birth, it says "processing". However, when I try to click the continue button, nothing happens and I can't progress.
