Edit4: TOTALLY NO REPLY ON WEBFORM/Email support after a week of acknowledging the problem. Keep sending SPAM emails.
Edit3: Developer again did not read. 1. I download app. 2. Register using passport - no verification needed. 3. I transfer do it now money, still no verification asked. 4. I want to pay 6 hours later and suddenly the verification required(REQUIRED PASSPORT; not just my face). You could have verified me when I banked money in or when I registered. NOT WHEN I TRIED TO PAY. On top you are DEFENDING instead OF IMPROVING. Edit2: Developer reply doesn't know what is he talking about. I did not receive ERROR but a VERIFICATION request. Your email support doesn't reply at all. On top you keep spaming emails and unsubscribe button doesn't work (console report says error 503 - service unavailable). Not only TouchnGoeWallet is crowded you don't even read what my comment is about. Utterly dissapointed. Edit: Developer suggested to contact support. Radio silence for 1 week. No reply at all. Just trying to look good on apple app store by replying to reviews. Original: No verification during onboarding. You activate transfer money, go to pasat malam and try to pay and suddenly cannot pay and verification popup comes in. Sorry but I had expectation that once I move in money I can use them.

The posting date was always delayed (up to few weeks) and caused a problem for peoples who need the transactions proof for toll claims and etc. The transaction report should included payment deduction from TnG card(s) as well. Hope can improve it.

I never write any review but I’m compelled to write a negative review for TouchnGoeWallet. You cannot use it to top up your physical TnG card. If you accidentally topped up your e wallet and thinking that it can be transferred to your TnG, say bye bye to your money. Cannot transfer, not interchangeable. You can use the ewallet to get some sugary drinks. Tealeaf anybody?

I’m disgusted by the company’s act to force people into using their ewallet. Even at the TnG self reload kiosk, there is a function designed to mislead less savvy people into reloading ewallet instead of the physical card. We only wanted to use TnG to pay for road tolls because the gov gave you monopoly.

A good step for tng company removed reload service in toll exit to reduce traffic jam that bring convenient to the company. However, it cause trouble for the user that is unable to reload the tng card through TouchnGoeWallet . As a user, we have to waste time looking for a place to stop and reload.

Is it so hard for TouchnGoeWallet to enable credit card reload function. Or to transfer the balance from e-wallet to credit card? You wish to solve the traffic jam problem, please at the same time, upgrade your app service first before remove toll reload.

Will not accept valid Visa card entry. Also passport verification photo took over 10 attempts. This was in a well lighted room using clear images. Finally fully verified but app will not accept any of my Visa credit cards. Typed in numbers app says invalid. Try to use camera - nothing happens. No use to me if I can’t use my Visa. Wasted an hour of time trying to get this completely set up. Deleting app.

hii I downloaded TouchnGoeWallet first time today. When i wanted to sign up for the first time it said that this number belongs to an existing account? I have tried it many times deleted TouchnGoeWallet and downloaded again but it still can’t work it. What should I do cause i can receive the otp but i couldn’t go through the verification behind:(

While TouchnGoeWallet is useful, the appearance and access is exceptionally difficult to follow. There are too many icons and too many buttons on one page. I tried to reload using credit card, the flow is not intuitive. Customer is slow and kept suspending my transaction because I am using it too often. And this is after asking me to verify my account with myKad, etc. What is the point of verification yet still block my transaction. Very frustrated at this point as if the developer doesn’t even trust the safety features they put in their app. I will try put up with this another 1-2 times after that forget it! Back to bank transfer and be done with it!

I was trying to make payment of $7.45 for my bill but TnGo errored out and says I can only make payment with the amount between RM10 - RM500. Not sure why there is such a rule imposed. I find that TouchnGoeWallet is not user friendly and would be great if amount less than RM10 would be considered in future.

I happen to own a tng card. And call the customer service of tng ewallet. As i see/read from the detail of updated apps it can add card(tng) as to view the balance on the go but differs from what i have told by the CS representatives. She said that i cannot add card to this ewallet apps. So correct me if im wrong. But this apps is rubbish and useless

I deleted TouchnGoeWallet
I added TNG card correctly but cannot auto reload , I stuck at the toll for 30 mins
I used scan and pay, but cannot pay due to forever loading.
Very hard to use.
delete yours before you get annoyed by TouchnGoeWallet.

The new update rolled out last week had a massive change to the UI in terms of usability. Those whose muscle memory is used to tapping on the shortcuts on top will suddenly wonder where the Scan and Pay shortcuts have gone too. No new onboarding screen, not in TouchnGoeWallet Store version history log. Even TouchnGoeWallet Store preview images are still showing the old UI. At the very least let existing users who are used to TouchnGoeWallet for years be aware of things before deciding to shuffle things around!

We should be able to reload our card from this application else seems quite incomplete

I wanted to transfer RM 30 from my account to my husband’s e wallet account to pay for prepaid account but not successful ! The money was deducted from my account but it takes 3 days to refund ! What is this ??? So long money is transferred to my husband’s e wallet , why not from my saving account by Online banking !

There should be an option to use Apple wallet because every time I go to the BRT which is often, I use my flip case and my phone thinks the BRT/MRT Gate reader is an Apple Pay machine and it looks like it should work but my touch n go card sadly isn’t there.

It would be more convenient to use and will be used more frequently if we can add it to the Apple Wallet

Hye Developer, I’ve noticed that there has been a lot of updates and improvements to the apps. Keep it up. Good user interface for me, smooth and understandable informations shown in TouchnGoeWallet . It is just that my app seems to show that there is notifications in TouchnGoeWallet even after I have clear up all notifications. It bugs me a bit xD other than that, keep up the good work! :)
