I can't get the allow to show other other apps to go away. It stops there and I can't get it to work.
The Pioneer smartsync app makes my Android phone hot. I have the latest smartsync update and my Motorola android is up to date with android 10. I recently discovered it is the smartsync app after uninstalling every app and then reinstalling the apps with no luck. Then resetting my phone back to factory default and installing each app again. When I came to installing the Smartsync app is when the phone got hot. The phone gets hot when I am not in the car that is why I think the app is constantly searching for the connection. Does anyone know if there is a solution to my issue. Thanks in advance.
On the smart sync app I can see the radio but when I click it it tells me try to connect phone in settings to the radio but it is already connected please help.
Will not connect on app for my iPhone 13 reset everything still won’t connect to app
It works just fine when I am in the truck. When I am not in the truck, it is still running in the background. At least, I thank it is. I have tried to force stop. It reappears instantly. Is it possible to turn it off and on? I removed it until I find out something different. I will refrain from publicizing my feelings while I search for an answer. It could be my fault.
Telefoon (Android) maakt wel zonder app gewoon connectie met de radio, alleen de app zegt niet te kunnen verbinden. De eerste keer werkte het wel, dag 2 niet meer. Heb bt uit en aan meerdere keren geprobeerd, ook de app verwijderd en opnieuw begonnen zonder resultaat.
App thinks my music is still playing when I pause it. When I go to resume it won't play the music.
I'm having issues with the app thinking the music is still playing when I pause it on my deck. So when I go to press play to resume my music it won't start playing again. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. But the problem persists. My music works just fine when I don't use the app.

Wont connect to radio, only Bluetooth without the app, when going through app even though it is connected to Bluetooth it tells me to connect Bluetooth from phone Worked the first day, ive tried re downloading the app again and again.
The app never can find my device. Even though it pairs outside of the app. Is the app working? Then I clicked yes to clear blue tooth memory and now “Spotify” option is no longer available!? Need a manual. Is one available? Thanks
The music playing is largely instrumental the lyrics/singing is barely discernible. How do I reset this to back when it used to work?

Hi, I cannot make the Smart sync app and car unit connect. I reach the stage where I have to select the device from the list. I see the name of the device but it does not connect. It sends me back to the phone Bluetooth settings and there I see that they are already connected. Any advice on how to proceed further?
This app almost makes me not want to listen to music anymore when driving. It always struggles to connect. Even via usb. The devices pair ok but can’t fully connect so it doesn’t matter that they can pair. How can devices not connect via usb. Really now.
Everything is updated. The app, the phone all of it. And yet the device isn’t showing up in the app.
have upgraded firmware, new radio, latest version of ap. fails to connect. i would not have bought this system if i had known the box falsely advertised regarding smart sync.
