i made a account on schmooze then when i tried to reopen the open it's showing "schmooz isnt responding" again i uninstall- reinstall the app 2-3 times i clear all the data click on force stop but nothing is working i hope you can fix the problem of mine , thankyou!

How to fix Schmooze app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Schmooze app on iPhone
Update Schmooze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Schmooze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Schmooze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Schmooze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Schmooze Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Schmooze not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Schmooze App
1. On android, goto Settings » Schmooze » click [Force Stop]

Update Schmooze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Schmooze App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Schmooze » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Schmooze.

Fix Schmooze unable to contact server/ Schmooze internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Schmooze » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Schmooze » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
