I had it logged in on my android but once I switched to iPhone it won’t let me log on to the heb partner app on the android but once I switched to iPhone it won’t let me I can’t get it to communicate with one login protect

after clicking OK to get the latest version of Partner Net, the APP is not working.........I press the APP icon, but it only displays for a split second, then disappears..............

PartnerNet isn’t letting me log in, it sends me to salesforce and I click forget password because I forgot mine and it won’t send me an email to change it. I checked all email folders/ spam.

Partner net app will open to its loading page for a second then crash. Tried reinstalling it still doesn’t work.

I touch H‑E‑B partner app on iPhone. Comes up for about a second then goes back to Home Screen. Tried to delete, reinstalled, turn phone off/on, and still not working. Solution please??

Pnet app will not open. Deleted and re-installed. Turned phone off the. On again. Still the same. Touch the app, then the first comes up for a couple seconds, then goes back to home screen
