Haven’t been able to use PartnerNetHEB for at least 2 weeks bc it won’t open. This is bad bc I can never see my schedule and have to call into work to see if I’m scheduled. Super annoying 👎

Always break down need new IT team bc whatever or whoever is working this is awful needs to be more compatible to phones crashes on a daily doesn’t make employees life easier.

Won’t let me open PartnerNetHEB and I use to use it daily :( it’s been like this for a week :(

App stopped working and I call help desk and still no one knows how to fix the issue need a better app !!!

I refuse to see how this is better. 🙄🙄 you have to download an Authenticator, yet every time I’ve opened PartnerNet app, I was asked to log in with my onepass login and password, only for the salesforce app to not even do its job and authenticate the request. I’m so frustrated I just want to log in and see my schedule. Before this update I could open the PartnerNet app and it would be right there. I could also go to PartnerNet within PartnerNetHEB to view my paycheck and such, so, what’s the deal? What am I doing wrong? Is there something on salesforce app I’m missing? Why does PartnerNetHEB now need a 2 way Authenticator when it’s on MY phone? Like who’s going to be logging in to this on my phone? All of this extra stuff is just unnecessary.

I accidentally logged out of my account on the partnernet app, I went to log back in but now my password for OnePass has expired and needs to be reset, but hitting the reset password button doesn’t take me anywhere, and when I tried to change it on the computers at HEB, it couldn’t connect to OnePass still. What’s going on? I’m glad that I can still text the number to get my schedule or else I would have no way of knowing what I work tomorrow or next week.

I also need to change my availability soon for school, which I can’t even change my password and login to do, I hope OnePass is up and running again by tomorrow. :/

Even though it says that the problems in PartnerNetHEB were “fixed” recently, I still can’t get into my account because the authentication app doesn’t seem to work on my phone! If PartnerNetHEB is going to make me log in to PartnerNet using my employee peoplesoft number and login ANYWAY, why do I also have to go through the hoops of trying to use the Authenticator app too? PartnerNetHEB has been more of an inconvenience than anything else and I have to go all the way to my work break room on my days off to even see my next weeks schedule. Worst app I’ve ever seen.

I perfectly downloaded PartnerNetHEB on my iPhone 6 s now I reset that phone while doing that I thought it be smart to unlink my account to the Authenticator now iPhone X I’m having so much trouble re linking the two accounts app support send me to my login it does let me login to PartnerNetHEB where you would normally press chatter link in the actual app but that is it can we get some app support videos

For the past months I’ve been trying to get the same app version as my others but have not been successful. The Authenticator App dose not even give me an actually “two-word phrase” and instead give me a six digit number. So every time I log in to the PartnerNet app it keeps saying I have to go to the Authenticator app to get my “two-word phrase”. Now I can’t even get on the PartnerNet app to even check my schedule, all it does is show the the group chat and all I can do in it is write or post. I can no longer check my schedule like I used to.

Multiple time off requests have failed to register. After being sure to hit “Save”, PartnerNetHEB shows that it’s pending. Checking it a couple of days later it’ll still be there. But after a few days it deletes. Maybe there’s a review deadline I’m unaware of. Anyhow, this has happened about 4 times and I have screenshots of pending mode before it vanishes. I’ve missed a few occasions and now have to go directly to my manager for time off which makes PartnerNetHEB kinda pointless. ???

So PartnerNetHEB is good when it actually works. Personally, I had less problems before the latest update. Now, my ability to access it changes from day to day. Most of the time though it refuses to launch and after staring at the start up screen for a while it just force closes. The only way I can get it to work again is if I wait a couple of days, reinstall, and try all over again. This makes it totally obsolete. I hope this bug can be fixed soon because like I said before, PartnerNetHEB is pretty good once I can get in.

For months now I have been unable to log in to PartnerNetHEB when in the past I have. Every time I log in I am asked to authenticate through the Salesforce Authentication app, which I have. Nothing happens though, idk if the apps are just not communicating to each other or something, because Authenticator doesn't respond when I log in on PartnerNet. You'd think that with HEB being as rich as it is they could afford a good app or point of sale system for the cash registers. Get it together HEB. A highschool kid could make better UIs.

Had PartnerNetHEB for a few days now, it seems to run fine.

Yes they make you download a separate app to verify connectivity, but after that the preferences can be saved. Even links not available in app that re-direct to the website keep me logged in. Not very sure what the other reviews are complaining so much about

Every time PartnerNetHEB updates it won’t let me post a shift. It never fails. If it recently updated I get the pnet error if I try and post, every single time. When it’s been on that update for a while it still does it, just not as often and the error doesn’t last as long. When it’s freshly updated it’ll last days. I don’t really see the point in PartnerNetHEB if I have to go to the store most of the time anyways because PartnerNetHEB isn’t working right....

PartnerNetHEB doesn’t work at all. I can’t even log in as it refuses to correctly verify my identity. The one time I was able to log in it was lagging extensively and I had no idea where to go as it looked nothing like the photos provided in PartnerNetHEB Store. All I want to do is to be able to pick up and drop shifts without having to go into work every single time. Just make those features available to us on our desktop computers as that would be much easier then trying to fight with PartnerNetHEB to work.

I get a blank screen when I tap on the middle “PartnerNet” option. I’ve updated twice today and logged out and back in.
I also would like to have the option to edit, update and review my POV submissions.
I think PartnerNetHEB can do so much more yet it’s so basic.

Updates have been a good quality of life improvement. However, we are no longer able to use a Dark Mode setting for PartnerNetHEB (even if the phone itself is in a Dark Mode setting natively). Please bring this option back.

On Tuesday my app stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times already and it still will not open. If I try to go to heb partnernet website while app is installed it also will not let me log on. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

The new text size and layout is hard to read. I was going to hang out with my sister this Saturday.
However I discovered that checking my schedule I am now working Saturday for a shift. I was trying to pick up a shift for next Saturday, not the one I planned to spend with my sister.
HEB I am livid. No one listened to me at my store and I am required to work the shift. Even the manager I thought that would fix this did nothing.
I will never bid for shifts on PartnerNetHEB again. I will drive to a store and log on to partner net and bid for shifts.
It is so much easier on a computer than an I phone.
I find it hard to make PartnerNetHEB move from one week to the next so I accidentally picked up a shift I was going to spend with my sister. I wanted a shift for the Saturday after that.
Never again.

PartnerNetHEB has stopped working for me I’ve noticed other people have been experiencing the same problems. My app does not want to open it’ll load and kick me right back to my home screen. Unable to post shifts , request days , or even look at the schedule. It was working up until a couple of days ago all the sudden . I’ve reinstalled it multiple times and still does not want to work.

The whole process of using a second app just to log in is super complicated. I was already logged in then I got logged out of it. Makes no sense. Should just let me log in and that’s it

Not letting me post my shift it says network or server error and my cellular service is great but it’s still not posting. Please help

PartnerNetHEB keeps crashing with the new Apple Update. Now we don’t have access to PartnerNetHEB !!

PartnerNetHEB WILL NOT OPEN after several reinstalls.

Got a new phone so I had to re download PartnerNetHEB and the Authenticator. It does not work.
