How to fix Sage Accounting app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sage Accounting app on iPhone
Update Sage Accounting app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sage Accounting iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sage Accounting on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sage Accounting network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sage Accounting Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sage Accounting not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sage Accounting App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sage Accounting » click [Force Stop]

Update Sage Accounting to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sage Accounting App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sage Accounting » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sage Accounting.

Fix Sage Accounting unable to contact server/ Sage Accounting internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sage Accounting » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sage Accounting » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sage Accounting
