- Changes made to an invoice or estimate after it has been saved will not be recorded unless the page is left and re-entered.

- Multiple files or attachments cannot be added to the estimate or invoice at once.

- It is not possible to record a down payment after an estimate has been accepted without converting the estimate to an invoice.

- Intuit makes frequent changes to the product which often cause confusion.

- It is difficult to transfer data between QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

- There are high fees associated with credit card payments.

- The customer service is poor.

To resolve QuickBooks Accounting network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the QuickBooks Accounting App
1. On android, goto Settings » QuickBooks Accounting » click [Force Stop]

Clear QuickBooks Accounting App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QuickBooks Accounting » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QuickBooks Accounting.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QuickBooks Accounting » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QuickBooks Accounting » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QuickBooks Accounting
