Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Elyte app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Elyte app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Elyte app on iPhone
Update Elyte app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Elyte iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Elyte on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Elyte network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Elyte not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Elyte app issues:

Force Stop the Elyte App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Elyte app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Elyte to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Elyte App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Elyte app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Elyte.

Fix Elyte unable to contact server/ Elyte internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Elyte » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Elyte » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Elyte on android.
