Map is not working at all and deebot is not vacuuming at all for its scheduled times. I have to tell it to vacuum

When I try to access the settings screen in the eco app... The loading bar goes across the top but the screen remains blank and never loads up the settings screen. The same problem exists if I try to access it through the "more settings" button at the bottom of the enter cleaning screen

The app won’t let me divide rooms and one room icon is outside of house map. I have just updated to new version 2.3.9. Wash and vacuum icons are also stuck on map. Also when I press custom I get a square of 4m x 4m with Red Cross every time.

Hello, when trying to.connect my Deebot N79s to the wifi via the Ecovacs app, I do not see my vacuum listed when trying to "Add a robot". How should I proceed?

I deleted the eco vacs app (having trouble with debit) and I am locked out of my previous account. It says my email is already in use. Please help.

The screen went white when I tried to use my vacuum. Nothing I could do to get app back except to delete and reload. Now it has to map again, which is very irritating as I have a large area it cleans. I see online that others have had this problem. Please correct the software. Thank you, SuZett Estell

ECOVACS HOME Settings- continuous cleaning option is not there. Ozmo 950 does random cleaning that is without completing one room it moves to another, leaves that room incomplete and returns to first room. How to solve the issue?
- Finicky when moving the charger to another floor
- Doesn't seem to recognize the saved map
- Small dust bin
