I have been using the app for years and I have not had any issues until today. I log in to record my weight and its like it is setting up the first time. Welcome to FITINDEX! You click ok and it take you to safety precautions. There is no way to click off that screen. You have to exit the app. When you open it again the same cycle repeats -- I sacrificed my data by uninstalling and reinstalling but I still get caught in the deadend of welcome to FITINDEX....

My Fitindex app has been only recording my weight and BMI, and I can't see other metrics. Thank you!

I have had nothing but problems logging into the app since I purchased the scale. Originally it worked fine but after I changed phones it keeps losing my login/ account information. It tells me the information is incorrect. Please advise how to correct or delete. I never get a varification code and when I enter the name it tells me I have entered it wrong. Maybe I should throw the scale and app out and look for something more user friendly.
