Watch will not connect to bluetooth by either the app, or the phone, or the watch. It plain doesn't work.

can’t login. has happened 3 times since i’ve had the watch that i can’t log in on the app. i’ve had to make 2 different accounts on the app. this is starting to get ridiculous.

The app randomly logs you out and then when you try to get back in it says login failure please login again every time I have had to use multiple accounts but it happens every Time

It is pathetic that you do not try to solve the issues people have. Watch is practically new. Was an un-opened gift for a over a year. Would not work on my android, so set it up for my wife. Just a useless piece of junk. Hopefully all unsatisfied customers share your lack of integrity.

The 3 plus elite app no longer on Google play store, can not sync watch with phone

The only way I found to make the software work is to create a new profile. It will work for a day or so but then I have to do the same thing. I contacted 3plus and all they told me is that they stopped supporting the app because of their new watches. Offered me a discount on a new one but how long will I have that watch before they stop supporting it also. I bought a cool Tic Watch. Spent some money but it is sweet.

I contacted 3 Plus technical support. They no longer support the app that runs our watches. The only way I have found to make the watch work is to create a new profile with a bogus e-mail. The watch will work for a day or so til you have to do the same thing again. Sucky solution just to make the watch work but you can't track your information on your phone for more than a day.

ALL OF THE ABOVE COMMENTS APPLY TO ME. EVIDENTLY THIS WATCH IS NO GOOD NOW. COMPANY SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED THE ONES USING THIS NO GOOD, AS OF NOW, WATCH.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Multiple attempts to log in says "failed". This watch is a total piece of crap

App gone watch won't let me sign in going out to buy a different company watch it's not even good enough to b a paper weight

Wasn't charging. Tried several restarts. A reset locks the connect to phone screen on watch. If we can't login the watch is bricked. Dead . Paperweight. If not Russian this is some kind of scam. And wasting my time. How much does it cost to maintain basic functionality?

As of June 2022, 3Plus has discontinued support for the Elite series watches. They are now just nice paperweights. What kind of a company would do this?

As with everyone else, unable to log in. Don't know why it logged out. Keeps saying failed. Can't even find it in the app store. Is this watch now out of date?

I have a HR Activity Tracker, was not working probably. Try to log in and would not let me. I Uninstalled the App and try to install it and no such app. What happened to it and what good is the watch then. Thanks Shirley Mosher

I've been trying to log on to the app for over a month and keep getting the "login failed" message. I downloaded an older version of the app and now im getting a "network error" message.

Can't download the app from Google play

I have tried repeatedly, I'd say 20 times to reset my password because each time I do it says the reset is successful, but when I try to log in it says "failed" or log in error. I have tried calling support but after two minutes the wait music stops and the phone call sounds dead even though my phone says it is connected. I feel this watch was a bad choice. A full charge has never lasted more than two days and the clock loses about 37 minutes with every charge. My husband has the same watch and it is like a completely different watch as to how it functions. I need a watch!

Can't login. Is 3 plus even attempting to fix the app? Is the app closed down? Looks like I'll have to get another watch from a different brand bc what kind of company just let's an app crash and does nothing???

App will not remain logged in on IOS. Once kicked out, login attempts repeatedly return error, “Login failure please log in again”. No issues for years but now useless. Sad.

I have followed all your trouble shooting suggestions and my phone/app will NOT log me in. The message says FAILED. I am over trying to get this to work daily. I spoke with Cesar on Friday and it worked for a bit. I AM THROUGH WITH THIS NONSENSE!!

My watch was going haywire!!!! It kicked me out and wouldn't allow me to log back in. I deleted the app to reinstall it, however, the app is no longer in the Google Play Store.
