can’t login. has happened 3 times since i’ve had the watch that i can’t log in on the app. i’ve had to make 2 different accounts on the app. this is starting to get ridiculous.

It is pathetic that you do not try to solve the issues people have. Watch is practically new. Was an un-opened gift for a over a year. Would not work on my android, so set it up for my wife. Just a useless piece of junk. Hopefully all unsatisfied customers share your lack of integrity.

The only way I found to make the software work is to create a new profile. It will work for a day or so but then I have to do the same thing. I contacted 3plus and all they told me is that they stopped supporting the app because of their new watches. Offered me a discount on a new one but how long will I have that watch before they stop supporting it also. I bought a cool Tic Watch. Spent some money but it is sweet.

I contacted 3 Plus technical support. They no longer support the app that runs our watches. The only way I have found to make the watch work is to create a new profile with a bogus e-mail. The watch will work for a day or so til you have to do the same thing again. Sucky solution just to make the watch work but you can't track your information on your phone for more than a day.

Wasn't charging. Tried several restarts. A reset locks the connect to phone screen on watch. If we can't login the watch is bricked. Dead . Paperweight. If not Russian this is some kind of scam. And wasting my time. How much does it cost to maintain basic functionality?

As of June 2022, 3Plus has discontinued support for the Elite series watches. They are now just nice paperweights. What kind of a company would do this?

I have tried repeatedly, I'd say 20 times to reset my password because each time I do it says the reset is successful, but when I try to log in it says "failed" or log in error. I have tried calling support but after two minutes the wait music stops and the phone call sounds dead even though my phone says it is connected. I feel this watch was a bad choice. A full charge has never lasted more than two days and the clock loses about 37 minutes with every charge. My husband has the same watch and it is like a completely different watch as to how it functions. I need a watch!

- Device was horrible from the minute it was a Christmas present
- Tried to contact them had someone who did not speak English
- Cannot chat with customer service
