How to fix Malware app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Malware app on iPhone
Update Malware app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Malware iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Malware network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

2. restart Malware.
