I have a problem with Titan

Always get unexpected error occurred. Re installled app. Same error when try to reset password. This app hasn’t worked for months.

To resolve Titan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Titan App
1. On android, goto Settings » Titan » click [Force Stop]

Clear Titan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Titan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Titan.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Titan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Titan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Titan
