They take your money and ask for proof later ,like pdf file on recent transactions Wells Fargo doesnt do that but Titan says im a liar. But you took my money out of my account how did you do that if i havent provided all my bank info etc.. this app seem great to invest in but i rather take my money somewhere else Titan seems shady. Forgot to mention im locked out of my Titan account funny thing is they locked me out after making transaction for $11,000

I have been using the app for about 3 months, all good. But suddenly after 3 months they realize that they need to verify identity, and they lock your account without giving any prior notification. You don’t actually come to know that the account is locked until you try to login, and suddenly you receive and email that it is a routine check up. Well they keep deleting the reviews every after I post it. Customer Service: they are okish. They reply once every 24 hour. They mostly reply what they want to irrespective of what we ask. And another thing, suppose you ask 2 questions, they will reply to one question in first 24 hours and may reply to next question next day. It has been 36 hours and yet they haven’t responded yet. So in all, I would say just put a little in your portfolio in Titan and invest the rest somewhere else. It will be frustrating to keep waiting for the response from the customer service and their custodian partner!! Mine review is still in progress, 48 hrs and counting!! AVOID TITAN!! One more point, even if you sell your entire portfolio and they are not happy they will cancel the process 2 days later and give out some Wierd reasons which makes no sense. My account is still in verification process 168 hrs have passed and still no update!! Customer service doesn’t even respond anymore! Best advice is stay away from Titan

As a first-time investor in the app, it was very concerning I found a glitch in the first day of use where cash in my account was reporting negative.
When I reached out to support and shared this concern, I see that one support agent read my message, but never reassured me my funds were OK and that their team was looking into it. They look like a very successful app, but reminds me of fast-growth apps like RobinHood that over-invest in marketing and underinvest in support and operations to ensuring customers can access their funds quickly when needed.
Feedback to Titan: When users send you support messages that funds in their account appear missing, take it seriously and write back to the user with what steps are being taken and re-assure them their funds are safe. As a new user, I was ready to put in 100K+, but this experience needs to get resolved with care to restore trust with your company.

So first off, I guess I was wrong to assume I could actually pick the stocks I wanted to invest. Instead they just take your money and invest in whatever they want. Well, that’s ok. I’m fine with that, I just want my money back. Oh but wait I have to leave my money in the app for 6 months in order to pull it out right away. Well I can’t wait that long what’s the alternative, hmm, I email titan and they tell me of a way to take my money out. They said all we need is 2 forms of ID and then a proof of residence at your address. Jeez, ok. Well I sent them all that and then they told me they’ll ship out my check. I’ve been emailing their representative, but now I’m being ghosted. Today with no response I’m sad to say I’m still missing money and they aren’t even getting back to me.
My advice to everyone is that this app will more than likely just tie up your money for an undetermined amount of time.
