Far too many and too frequent issues with the app resulting in 'failure to load' error. It's now been over a week so receipts have expired. I've deleted cache, tried the remove code, restarted phone etc and nothing helps. It's just not worthwhile using the app these days.
Submitted about 16 receipt since beginning of this month but nothing says valid or invalid and it’s 7 days later stills the valid receipt or invalid receipt both is 0 All I can see is submitted receipts in total but the valid receipt is 0 and invalid is 0 And I don’t know is my receipt is go though or not I don’t know this happened since I changed to virgin media?
