I have never been able to sign into the Menchie’s application. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, turned my phone off and back on. I tried my email and the password I had documented and my cell phone. Nothing works. I recently updated the app. My phone number works in person at the brick and mortar store so I should have 2 + years worth of rewards. Please fix the app to work properly.
Unable to log into Menchies account. Store uses my cell number 630-642-7611 and shows smiles however I am unable to log into account. Thank you, Judy
