New update is horrible. Has too much going on of the wrong things. Cannot find my DDL loan account what so ever. I’d much rather be able to see that than a graph of my account balance fluctuations. Some more thought should be put into the functions and display of CitizensFirstBank and should be updated. Never have I been more frustrated. The last thing I want to do is wait for customer service to be open so I can figure out what amount of money I have in my accounts. The old app was far more convenient and user friendly.

When I click on CitizensFirstBank it just loads and doesn’t bring me to any of my account info or even to a page there I can sign in at. I’ve contacted the bank multiple times but I can not get this problem fixed.

App is not loading, the loading circle, spun for about five minutes. I just closed CitizensFirstBank out. I could not even get to the sign in page. Something is wrong. Please fix.

Just spins and spins and never loads since the new iPhone update. CitizensFirstBank has more problems than any other app I have on my phone. It’s frustrating.

CitizensFirstBank hardly ever works the way it’s supposed to. Literally every time that I try to sign in, it doesn’t allow me to use my Face ID, and I end up having the get an email sent to with a password reset link, reset my password (iCloud doesn’t save for CitizensFirstBank), have a text sent to my phone for verification, and then return to CitizensFirstBank , login with new username and password, have another text sent to verify my device. It’s so frustrating. I just want to check my bank statement. It’s easier to just call the teller for things that I need, rather than to have to deal with this trash app. You’re a bank!! Find some money to pay some developers to make a decent app. I’m 30 years old and very tech savvy, the issue is your app, not me.

CitizensFirstBank keeps freezing up on me and it’s the 4th time I had to delete and re-download CitizensFirstBank and it still isn’t working. The easy banking just became difficult to online bank. Please fix the issues and thank you.

Why does payment history always say no payments last 90 days. Thinking of switching to another bank. Please fix this

I wont be using CitizensFirstBank until they change it to rotate with my IPad screen.
