Summary of OLEDX Problems 🔥

- The free version of the app has not been tried, so its quality is unknown.

- The app does not allow for adding icons from Files, only photos.

- The customer service is incompetent and unhelpful.

- The clock's alarm function has a design flaw that causes it to go off on weekends despite being set for weekdays only.

- The snooze and stop buttons are too close together, making it difficult to use in the morning.

Clock moves to bottom of screen, becomes partly visible, then disappears. Moving the clock is fine. But it should be kept near the middle of the screen, not at the very bottom or top.

How to fix OLEDX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OLEDX app on iPhone
Update OLEDX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OLEDX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OLEDX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OLEDX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OLEDX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OLEDX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OLEDX App
1. On android, goto Settings » OLEDX » click [Force Stop]

Update OLEDX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OLEDX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OLEDX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OLEDX.

Fix OLEDX unable to contact server/ OLEDX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OLEDX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OLEDX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OLEDX
