I upload a file and for some reason the app stops in the middle of a text and I have to hit the play button every Five minutes or so

I have encouraged my daughter to use this program. She is attending a technical college 3hours away. She is having trouble with the program and I want her to use it. Is there any way I can log on her account to STUDY the program for her to get the most out of it? I did the free trial (only for a few minutes) and thought it was GREAT!!
