So helpful! Great way to keep everything in one place - this is a lifesaver! No more screenshots and scribbled down notes - I’m terrible at organization and there’s never enough time to write everything down as it happens so I can’t remember later - Truece takes care of both problems. And then you can run reports and hand them straight to your lawyer - love it!

Great app but needs some very important data built in. Would be very useful if the calendar did push notifications as well as time stamped on date of creation/revision. I have had experience where items were entered on the calendar after the event passed and it “appears” that it has been on calendar all along. One other thing is that it is very difficult to change your password. It sends link to reset but never accepts any combination of password. :/

The message thread is too long and when i receive a message from co parent sitter it sometimes starts at the top and it’s a long way to the bottom. Is there anyways to delete previous message threads?

I would love an improved look for Truece with a feature to check in at a location for court documentation. A Mac version of Truece would prove super super helpful.
I currently only use it for custody notes but think Truece has much more potential.

I entered expenses in the private view. Once my ex set up his account, I edited them to split with him. In the split screen, it marked them as paid and I can't change this setting. Super not helpful. Now I have to go back and re-enter all of them. Additionally, my screen does not look like the screenshots.

I linked up with my ex and he can not see anything on the calendar or my notes. Only thing that works is the messaging. I will change my rating when they fix these errors. The point of downloading this was to be connected about our kids.

When I first downloaded Truece and started entering info, I liked it. The second time I opened it, it froze and has frozen every time I’ve opened it since. Now I can’t even get past the grey this app screen.

Truece was working great. Then it just stopped. I can’t open it anymore

When reading the messages, they are indented wrong, to the right which has made some of my messages appear differently than when they were typed and makes reading past messages a chore. Also, I’ve been having numerous issues where Truece sends my messages without me hitting send. In fact today I had a message typed up. Decided not to send it... hit the backspace button and it ended up sending the first half of my message. Luckily there wasn’t anything that could’ve been perceived as poorly written or in poor taste as once it is written and sent, it cannot be undone... Which can be MAJORLY horrific if something is sent during edit/read through phase. If it’s sent prematurely... it could be the difference between an explanation and an attack.
