Aren’t helping agents in NY due to the epidemic that we are found through. Wouldn’t pause my account or cancel it during these times that we can’t go out and show. We are leading #1 in deaths and all they care about is their money.

They need to hire someone to fit RealtorcomPRO . Not good. I tried to sign up 100 times. Impossible and I’m a smart human.

The newest update was supposed to fix the glitches when updating contacts. It didn’t. I have the latest version and still get logged out every time I update a contact. When I first open RealtorcomPRO , sometimes I get my latest leads, other times I don’t. Please fix.

Instantly can’t login. Constantly freezes and none of the action buttons actually work! Incredibly frustrating!

Mid Jan Realtor.com updated their system. Webpage now incorporates many of the ancillary pages it would send you to. 5 St, etc
Now you can do it all from their webpage. The problem is RealtorcomPRO doesn’t do anything. I can see my leads but I am unable to text them, email them or call them from RealtorcomPRO.

Useless app. No information.

Won’t log in

RealtorcomPRO is terrible. Every time I go to send a text message RealtorcomPRO tends to crash or it freezes up. Evening searching for contacts it messes up and doesnt pull up correct person

I called and no one knows what is going on. But, I just saw Version 1.3 came out yesterday and now I am locked out! Still can get on my computer but RealtorcomPRO won’t work

It doesn't pass the passwords and user name screen, it looks like loading and then stops and that's if. Horrible app....don't waste your time in this

What happened to Real Suite? It’s so buggy I can not do anything anymore without Issues. Also the realtor pro app doesn’t allow you to control of auto responses and my clients get auto follow ups after we have already talked(even when I manually change the status). PLEASE FIX!

I can't update my profile. RealtorcomPRO just flickers. Hardly loads and stops working.

Can’t check account settings, reviews, recommendations, etc.. Only thing RealtorcomPRO is for that I came to the conclusion of, is messaging..? No point really. I get my clients phone number as step 1. Don’t use messaging apps..

RealtorcomPRO continues to have glitches. The recent update requires me to re-login about 2-3x daily. Also, a lead from 04/27 is the first thing I see when I open it up not the most recent leads. PLEASE fix this!

I love the idea of what they are trying to do but it’s very clunky on iOS and a lot of the features don’t seem to work properly and a lot of the screens don’t display well.

Great app! Love the notifications and how easy it is to communicate with my leads right in RealtorcomPRO .

When I open RealtorcomPRO , it looks as if it’s starting or loading, then it shuts off. I’ve deleted RealtorcomPRO & re-added it but it still won’t stay open. I’ve used it previously from my phone & loved it. I’m giving it 2 stars because I don’t know if this is an issue w/ RealtorcomPRO or my service provider. I’ll change my rating once we resolve the problem
