I downloaded Rippple and there was a splash screen and no way to open Rippple any further. Don't waste your time.

For some reason the only two features I wanted to use are locked under a $5 a year premium: to watch and lists. I don't care about comments, and the only thing available to see is the feed for what you've already watched but I don't care about that.

It’s a nicely designed app, but I wanted to add a lot of things I’ve watched to my account. I can’t really do that if I can’t search for things..
I’m also bothered by seeing episode comments in the All tab, I’m afraid of seeing spoilers. Having that tab makes it too easy for that.

this app can do almost everything the Trakt website can do! I’ve used numerous tracking apps and this is the best by far.
I don’t like the UX design of Rippple , but I can deal with it for now.

On ‘By The Numbers’ section on the Profile page, there lacks a space between the number and “days” of watching.
And swipe options UI across the board don’t fit well with the whole iOS 15 interface (with its rounded corners, as it bid farewell to the pointy rectangles).
For example: when I swipe a show left, how about putting the options that appear inside of the rounded cell (where the show is in) instead of those pointy corners that just don’t fit well.
See Sun Apps, LLC’s Resolutioner app when an item is swiped to the left, that’s what I would like.

I can’t believe Rippple has me leaving comments all over the place. I’ve been Trakt.tv user for four years and I’ve posted more comments in the last few months than I had in all of those years combined! this app accomplished a miracle because I never even read other people’s comments before I had Rippple.
It’s a really great app that will be made better once it’s a universal app with a dark theme. I watch tv mostly in the dark so I hate searing my eyes with that all that white. Even with Night Shift and True Tone turned on it’s still too bright. And my iPad is my tv watching companion so I’d prefer to use this app on it instead of my iPhone. Then I could use my Bluetooth keyboard to write out my comments directly in this app instead of writing them in Notes then posting them from my iPhone.

It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that I’ve tried the majority of iOS trakt-based episode tracking apps. Many lack basic features. Others try to cram unnecessary features into an unintuitive UI. this app walks this tightrope the best of any tracking app I’ve tried thus far. Its sorting options are second to none. It allows you to see which services stream a particular show. You can rate and comment, and comments with spoilers are properly spoilerized. It supports custom lists and public lists. It offers cast and crew information. The only thing it doesn’t have is a calendar of upcoming episodes.

I've tried a lot of iOS apps for tracking my movies and TV shows, but was always bummed they don't have a companion app for Mac. So I've usually just looked things up online. But then I found this app and have really enjoyed using it on Mac as well as on my iPhone and iPad.
The only "caveat" (if you can call it that) is that you'll have to subscribe ($0.49/mo, $4.99/year, or $14.99 for lifetime) which is cheaper than most tv/movie tracking apps (unless of course you don't care at all about keeping your data privacy, in which case go use the completely "free" apps). The price is very much worth it in my opinion and unlocks premium on all your devices. Highly recommend!

Love the interface and the whole app in general. Easy to use and easy to express the feeling when watching a serie/film.
