Will not allow logon

When attempting to use CitiDirect for the first time, the log in information is different than the website Safari information for my Citi account, and I could not log in. When I called Citi’s technical support, they did not have a clue; therefore, I had to delet CitiDirect from my ipad.

Citibank - are you determined to frustrate your customers with such difficult software? I am tired of spending hours attempting to access my accounts online. I usually wind up going in to the local branch. What gives?

I would like to SIMPLY log into my account. So the instructions are to contact my “organization’s” security. Who may this be? Is CitiDirect for private individuals? Organization? Is any normal person writing these instructions? BLAHHH¡

Just can’t login in

Hard to believe i cannot get a citibank app to work on my iPad. It rejects my user ID no matter what i do. Not user friendly.

Forced upgrade from the old app to this new one. The old one worked fine but the new one keeps giving “server communication error”!!!

If I could only give zero stars. I don’t know who is responsible for programming this mess, but save yourself the effort and don’t use it.

I agree with other user than log on instructions are terrible. Still can’t get on.

Even your sign in screen doesn't work. What's the sense of CitiDirect at all?

Basic login doesn’t work. How does this pass basic development testing?

Is the best, to be honest I would use other bank if Citi didn’t have the best platform. Congrats
