What is CitiDirect?
CitiDirect® is a mobile app that provides a streamlined login process and allows users to review, authorize, initiate, and release payments. The app offers a modern and intuitive interface, push notifications, and access to payment status, balances, and intraday cash positions. The app is available in multiple languages and is free to download, but users must be specifically entitled for access and contact their organization’s Security Administrator for access prior to downloading the application.

When attempting to use CitiDirect for the first time, the log in information is different than the website Safari information for my Citi account, and I could not log in. When I called Citi’s technical support, they did not have a clue; therefore, I had to delet CitiDirect from my ipad.

Forced upgrade from the old app to this new one. The old one worked fine but the new one keeps giving “server communication error”!!!
