Updates should bring improvements!
DiscoveryBank has been excellent...up until the latest update. It is now rubbish! Using an iPhone XS, it is slow, the Home Screen buttons lead to blank pages that force an app force close, you can’t simply login anymore. Don’t the developers test the updates before they send them out? You guys are better than this.

Struggling to set up the app
I’m really struggling to log into DiscoveryBank . I log in and get a screen that says capture income. No matter what info I put in there I cannot get any further, I only get a “no change offers found” screen and the I cannot do anything further. I have a discovery credit card and it would be great if I can use DiscoveryBank to manage my account.

Offline use
Can you please look into making DiscoveryBank free to use even without data. It becomes a problem when there is money in the account but can’t be accessed due to it needing data to connect ?

Potential...
Having discovery bank app in the beginning was slightly difficult...Took long to understand it..
They busy adding every month new things and they catching up with fnb and std apps..
The rewards program is good and security system is tight..
Discovery is doing great job and looking forward what the future holds with them..
It took Std app years to even become the half of what fnb app was...

Buggy and slow
Features don't work consitanty. Have to restart app a lot. And then have to use login details every few times even though facial recognition is on.

Good start
The "session has expired" notifications are really annoying and their usefulness is confusing. There is also no 'back swipe' iOS functionality and instead you have to press the back button on top each screen. Otherwise, there are occasional hiccups, especially on the log in screen but not bad as a start.

Stuck on confirm your details
When changing banks first impressions are important and if your app does not work properly when trying to signup , how is the whole banking experience going to be ? Why bother with a app that gets stuck and clearly is not working properly judging by the other comments here . Discovery , are you trying to get clients or loose clients ?????

Confusing and does not work
Overly complicated system and when you try activate or use it over seas you can not get in or select any options. I feel DiscoveryBank was launched prematurely and not enough testing has been done. Extreamly frustrating and not comforting when you dealing with money. Looking to drop them as a bank

Drivers license scan doesn’t work
Can’t onboard sadly. The drivers license scan doesn’t recognise the back of the card even against a black background. After a few tries DiscoveryBank gives an error too.

Can’t set the password
I reset my password 4 times and it kept saying my username and password were wrong. A bit difficult to give it a try if you can’t even log in. App deleted. I’ll stick with Investec.
