Trying to login, I put in my user/password and login using faceId and it says my password is incorrect. Then I try without faceId and I can login. Once logged in I see I have 3 rewards on the main dashboard. However, when I click on it it says I don’t have any available rewards…. Same occurs with bottles. On the dashboard it shows 4 bottles available but when I click on it it shows no available bottles. Too many things not working/loading correct. I will not be using CoopersHawk!

What they say on their website and what actually happens are two different things. The membership club has so customer service that I can find. Can’t contact them on the web, they don’t answer. Can’t contact them by phone, they won’t answer. Very frustrating. Not worth the hassle. We cancel as soon as I can get a hold of someone. If I can’t I will contact my credit card company and have the withhold the payment. So frustrating.

I’ve been a patron of this establishment since it’s open in WI. Always a destination for good food & wine. Unfortunately, our visit yesterday (9/15), was met with some recipe changes to long standing favs.

The Tuna app was great, as expected! Then thins went sideways. The Wedge salad was split for us and looked appetizing, but lacking in flavor. Especially, the Blue cheese and Bacon, which are the stars of this dish.

Moving on, we ordered entrees & there was more disappointing news. The Chkn Picatta, which is supposed to be lemon flavored & savory, was flavorless and the lemon garnish was candied. I could have overlooked the candied lemons if the rest of the dish met expectations, but there was no discernible sense of lemon.

My spouse ordered the Blackened Tuna entree and was disappointed with the selection of Tuna. Unlike CoopersHawk , this Tuna was stringy and fishy. Tuna is not supposed to be fishy. It seemed OLD and poor quality.

While the updates from the remodel was pleasant & a great service experience. We were left disheartened and disappointed that it seemed as though the quality of food had diminished significantly.

We’re considering canceling the membership and moving on. It’s sad to say the least, but so many establishments have closed for similar issues. We hope you guys are able to turn corner and make this experience what it had always been.

New waiter and we were completely understanding of that in itself. I have a tomato allergy and informed him. Appetizer salad was mostly right but then it got worse. Still being forgiving until the waiter dropped off someone else’s dishes on our table, my order was remade 2x’s since it was wrong both times and we had to tell another waiter including the tomato allergy!!! Requested to see a manager 2x’s and waited longer only for her to simply apologize at which point I didn’t even want my food to be remade a 3rd time and wait longer while my husband ate his dinner. I requested again to have someone clear the dishes that weren’t ours and neither of us got our requested 2nd glass. It wasn’t worth the wait for placing the to go order that our kids were waiting for at home and as I type this we still haven’t gotten a bill!!! It’s been well over an hour; not worth trying to achieve the next level status after this!

During my visit waiting to order/pick up my bottles due to the long line a customer came to the service representative behind the counter gave him his list and ask it be ready for pick when he finishes his dinner.
I was up hauled considering the line of customers waiting to order & pick up their bottles. I mentioned it to the manager that was not acceptable and if he makes an exception for that individual then the exception should apply to us all waiting on line!

I have the Coopers app. I have a membership number. We have eight bottles of wine to pick up and I have no idea how to order online and order the bottles that we want. I have searched and searched and give up.
A couple of months ago we missed a birthday coupon because we apparently have to come in the store to do that. We ordered the tenderloin, entrée, and the three tenderloins were like hockey pucks. We could not even cut them. When you order a carryout and the food is not good. you are just stuck. This has not gone well for us.

We joined so we can enjoy wine tastings and drink our wine with dinners at Cooper’s Hawk. Unfortunately, the dining experiences are disappointing not just once but now multiple times. Simple things like having your entrees coming out at the same time or having your wine set up within a reasonable time.
We just cancelled our membership.

Ok I’ve called your customer service phone 2x. Left a message. I’ve emailed you too. NO ONE answered the phone or has replied to me.
I ordered a magnum of the barrel reserve & noticed that Arlington Heights is the pick up location.
I need this changed to Bloomingdale. Please someone get back to me.
It’s like 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get in touch with you. ☹️

It would be nice if we could rate the wine so we remember which we like. Almost like Vivino app. Coopers can then use that as marketing feedback as to which bottle the public enjoys and which they do not.

It is great to have CoopersHawk as it shows a lot of information if you are a wine club member however it would be so much more helpful to be able to mark favorites or add notes for each wine to know for the next time. I have forgotten that I didn’t like one and then ended up trying it again unknowingly.

Love CoopersHawk but would like to see an option where you can enter notes about the wines you purchase; did you enjoy for a special celebration, how do you rate this wine personally, what you liked/disliked about the wine

This is a great app, love seeing my order history, and how many bottles I have available.

BUT. Could you make it so we can write our own notes on/about each bottle. AND a way we can save our favorites? I always forget which I liked/didnt like.

Love CoopersHawk , very easy to navigate and user friendly. My only request is that they would make an area for me to mark my favorite wines or comments on ones I’ve tried! I have no way to remember which ones I liked and didn’t!

Eric is the best at the bar! What I like the most is that he always remembers us when we come in. It’s really nice to be recognized. he has also convinced us to try some wines we were sure we didn’t like and he has expanded are palette. I am more willing to try new wines and we have bought some new ones. Thank you Eric for your kindness and expertise.

Kimberly at Cooper’s Hawk went above and beyond to answer my questions. She’s very patient ,caring and helpful. The representatives at Cooper’sHawk go above and beyond to be very helpful and their very caring and kind, very professional .The wine at Cooper’s Hawk is very top notch, the best wines! The chocolates at Cooper’s Hawk are very good. Everything about Cooper’s hawk is lovely and good. I Love Cooper’s Hawk, The Best, Absolute Best! Classy!

Wine tasting was so much fun, then we had an amazing dinner, Gage was our server and he was friendly & took care of all our requests, nothing was a problem. Wonderful dinner and service, with great wine choices! Definitely will be back !

OH MY GOSH!!! We enjoyed an outstanding dinner this evening! Maureen greeted us with genuine welcoming smiles, and Liam, who seated us, was really - really awesome! They both made us feel so truly welcome!

Our waitress Dena was the very best! We loved her very attentive service and her great sense of humor. She was absolutely fantastic!!!

The food… WOW!!! It kept up with, and even exceeded the outstanding service. I had the Parmesan Mahi Mahi, which was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. OMG…. I loved it!!!! We also had the chicken Marsala and chicken picante, which were absolutely amazing!

I joined the wine club, and loved the Cooper Hawk Cabernet! We really appreciate a great wine, and it really hit the spot!

I look forward to many awesome date nights at Cooper Hawks, and I’ll be dreaming of the Parmesan Mahi Mahi until then!!!

I am a regular at Cooper’s hawk and I must say that I will continue to recommend this place to all my friends and anyone that is looking for good eats! The staff treats you so well. The manager here Danielle is a Star and is always on top of her service game, very professional!! The Chef and servers are very polite and make sure your service is top of the line. Highly recommended !!

As it turns out, today we sat at the bar and were pleasantly greeted by Bridget. Such a warm welcome on a gloomy, rainy Sunday. She absolutely lifts our spirits with her smile and welcoming personality. Again, she is an excellent representative of what Cooper’s Hawk stands for. Thank you for always making our special date invaluable.

I’ve been a member of Cooper Hawks wine club for a long time. They have a variety of delicious menu options. They can recommend a wine to pair with your dinner. If you can’t decide on a wine, they’ll give you a taste of what you’d like to try. Not really hungry, a wine tasting is a great way to learn more about wine. Why not get credit for your meal? It’s great to go and discover that you have a $15 credit to use.

Went last night, 19Sept to the first wine club dinner at the Surprise Cooper Hawk location, what a fabulous evening, from place setting to the room, servers, the GM coming around to each table, the food! ( how do u get chicken to taste that good?) and of course the wine and our dinner guests we meant, what a delightful evening it was. Thank you

We were invited by our daughter for a wine tasting because our 50 year of weeding anniversary, it was an amazing experience at you winery we like it a lot and our hosts Dai an Cintia they were so amazing too with their service and attention we ended up getting a membership and we looking for going back for our next tasting and taking alone with us some good friends, your place is amazing too very modern and great location also very clean, keep up the good work guys, regards.

My husband and I have been club members for several years and look forward to picking up our monthly order so that we can try any number of delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Never disappointed with quality of food and service staff. I like the consistency of everything regardless of location throughout the country (we’ve been to 3!). Most importantly is I can choose the variety of wine I want and not forced to take a varietal that I know I won’t like. We try to go at least once a month. Would go more if you offered BRUNCH! Something to think about…

I had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The food was truly outstanding - every dish we ordered was expertly prepared and presented, and the flavors were incredible. From the fresh ingredients to the creative combinations, every bite was a delight. I ordered the Mahi Mahi is spectacular if you enjoy sour food.

But what really made our evening stand out was the excellent service. Our server Luke was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to answer all our questions and make recommendations. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests.

Overall, I highly recommend Cooper Hawk to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. The combination of best food and excellent service makes it a must-visit destination. We always come back.

Went to lunch with 2 close friends to celebrate a birthday. We had a fantastic server named Cassandra who gave exceptional care of us. The food was excellent. Never disappointed with the food. Membership in the wine club is worth the monthly fee. Best restaurant at the top of my list.
It was a little noisy when we first arrived, mostly of the music being played. Otherwise it was a great experience.

So delighted that I treated myself to a special pampering for wine and a great seafood meal. The server Lillian recommended a fantastic meal choice along with a wine that I never tasted before. Didn’t know a wine with an almond flavor would make my palate dance. I’m so happy to choose a make me feel good weekend afternoon. Thank you to server Lillian and the chef who prepared my soy ginger salmon meal. I will be coming back soon!

Hi! We frequent your Burr Ridge location. We’ve always had great service & food! We always do a wine tasting first in your tasting room. We’ve had the same girl take care of us the past 4 visits & we like her so much! Not sure of her name, but we do know she lives in Addison, Il.

I like being able to check my points available bottles of wine and rewards at any time.

Just finished a wonderful lunch at Cooper’s Hawk! As usual we had EXCELLENT service from Tom. Just have to mention the chefs special dessert, the Caramel Apple Bread Pudding!
It’s one of the best desserts I’ve had in any restaurant ever! The Bourbon Toffee mousse and Amarena Cherries are to die for!
The quality of food, beverage and service is unmatched anywhere!

I love that I can see how many bottles I have as well as see what my bottle history is. Seeing the wine list is great as well. 1 thing I would love to see is being able to favorite wines especially while doing the wine taste. Other than that CoopersHawk is great.

We live very close by and just enjoy CH so much. We had Meredith tonight as our server. She was beyond stellar - checking in with us for bread and tending to ice water and wine! Keeping us updated on our food order.

I have major food intolerances and CH takes care of me and allows my table mates a wonderful selection of entrees.

Cooper’s-Hawk Tampa, Florida location gives there guests a 1st Class restaurant & wine experience.
In fact, whether it is the Tampa, Orlando or Jacksonville CH locations I have never been let down.
Glad to see a new Tampa area location opening later this year in Wesley Chapel. Just might afford me to get reservations when we want to go.

I absolutely love going to CH! It’s such a treat to be able to escape to a wonderful, friendly place to enjoy time with family and friends. The wine is amazing and the different varieties are super fun to try. The food is fabulous and never disappoints. The staff is efficient and fun! Great wine, great food, great staff, what’s there not to love!

Food is always good. Service is always friendly. I don’t come often because of distance but enjoy it every time. I am a member of the one bottle wine club. Love the fact that I don’t have to come monthly to get them. The wine tastings are wonderful. Priced right and knowledgeable staff.

We dined at the Morton Grove restaurant last night, it was excellent! Our server was great and food was delicious! We have moved and now our closest location is Springfield. We so hope that a restaurant will go in Bloomington Il, I think it would be a great fit!

Had a great night, Lloyd was our server and did an excellent job in presenting the wines and explaining the wines and introduced us too several red blends that were delicious. Aside from from a great dinner, we left with eighth bottles that we look forward to sharing with our friends.

With everything done in conjunction with Coopers Hawk, it exceeds expectations. CoopersHawk is easy to navigate and gives all the detailed information necessary for a member to assess their status, rewards, menu and wine selection, and more.

I’m always on my phone and I love Cooper’s Hawk. So CoopersHawk is awesome for me! Most of everything you need is on the home page with just a tap into whatever category you need. So simple to use and not to mention beautiful!

As a long time, wine club member, I was quite excited when CoopersHawk rolled out. It has met all of my expectations. I can easily see how many bottles I have, whether I have a tasting and my earned points!

Love Coopers Hawk! Was there on Tuesday and Ava was GREAT! Just moved to South Carolina….y’all need to open one down here! Fort Mill is booming and just minutes from Ballantine…a very prestigious area of North Carolina! Y’all would make a killing there! North Carolina patrons with South Carolina taxes! PLEASE consider 🙏

There are many great restaurants in Naples. One of the best is Coopers Hawk. There is something for everyone on their diverse menu and it is fabulous. The only thing better than the food is the service. The staff is personable and professional.

Been going to Coopers Hawk for a year now and just love this place. Besides their great food and big selection of fantastic wines, also have a great wine tasting area for a great price. I recommend you join the wine club as well. Hope this place sticks around for a long time

I’m not sure what is going on….maybe since CoopersHawk is new there’s some bugs to work out. It keeps telling my my email or password is incorrect and that is not the case. The only way I can get into CoopersHawk is by changing my password (which I keep the same as the original) then as soon as I get in and start browsing it logs me out due to inactivity!!!! Please fix this! I love CH and would LOVE CoopersHawk on my phone.

I have been a member of Cooper’s Hawk since 2011, it’s literally my favorite place to be for dining and wine. The only thing missing, is the brussels sprout salad. Please bring it back. It was such an incredible salad for my friends and myself. i’ll believe it or not, sometimes we would get just two salads, each, and a dessert. It was the BEST
