I have been trying to cancel my subscription with no avail. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the last 3-4 months. There is no place that takes you to cancel the subscription. I have tried since I was charged for it. The first $19.95 was April 5th. So I would like a refund of $19.95 @ 4 months $79.80 It would be greatly appreciated. And also cancel my subscription. Thank you, Jo Ellen Barnes

New waiter and we were completely understanding of that in itself. I have a tomato allergy and informed him. Appetizer salad was mostly right but then it got worse. Still being forgiving until the waiter dropped off someone else’s dishes on our table, my order was remade 2x’s since it was wrong both times and we had to tell another waiter including the tomato allergy!!! Requested to see a manager 2x’s and waited longer only for her to simply apologize at which point I didn’t even want my food to be remade a 3rd time and wait longer while my husband ate his dinner. I requested again to have someone clear the dishes that weren’t ours and neither of us got our requested 2nd glass. It wasn’t worth the wait for placing the to go order that our kids were waiting for at home and as I type this we still haven’t gotten a bill!!! It’s been well over an hour; not worth trying to achieve the next level status after this!

Trying to login, I put in my user/password and login using faceId and it says my password is incorrect. Then I try without faceId and I can login. Once logged in I see I have 3 rewards on the main dashboard. However, when I click on it it says I don’t have any available rewards…. Same occurs with bottles. On the dashboard it shows 4 bottles available but when I click on it it shows no available bottles. Too many things not working/loading correct. I will not be using this app!

During my visit waiting to order/pick up my bottles due to the long line a customer came to the service representative behind the counter gave him his list and ask it be ready for pick when he finishes his dinner.
I was up hauled considering the line of customers waiting to order & pick up their bottles. I mentioned it to the manager that was not acceptable and if he makes an exception for that individual then the exception should apply to us all waiting on line!
