Kareo was working well for almost a year on my computer. After installing latest 01/2023 update software crash. Tech support is one of the worse you can ask for. Unreliable and no knowledge at all, Rude guys and no 2nd level support at all. So if you stuck good luck. If you are looking for major headache in your business get this software but be aware you were warned. You will have sleepless nights with this software.
