Summary of NextPatient Telemedicine Problems 🔥

- Clicking on the blue button takes the user in a loop.

- The app doesn't work at all.

- The link provided to access Instant Urgent Care takes the user to a page telling them to download the app, even though it's already downloaded.

- The app doesn't recognize that it's already downloaded, and clicking the link always tells the user to download it, never launching it.

- The app doesn't give the option to open in the app when the user presses long on the link.

- The app pretended it wasn't downloaded, causing the user to miss their visit to get Covid tested.

- A dozen attempts, eleven after installing the app, put the user in an App Store loop where it told them to install the app, never ending in them speaking to their doctor.

- A message keeps popping up that the user needs to download the app when it has already been downloaded.

- The user can't do anything with the app, just see an image then no buttons.

- Since the latest update, all the user gets is an error message.

- The app does not work, and the user advises not to bother unless you love endless loops.

Again, goto NextPatient Telemedicine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NextPatient Telemedicine
