Unable to login
app only opens to pure blue screen, no changes to phone since it was working last a few days ago
Just got a Galaxy S9 and the app won't load, at all. Comes up with a pure blue screen and does absolutely nothing.
Ihad to get a new phone and I now my app for echo pass doesn't work. Will not take my password . My email for the app is fliperdb@redacted. Thus is through rtd and Covenant security at DIA.
I’m unable to purchase ticket. Keep getting message - Something went wrong purchase.100 No products available. I’ve deleted the app and then downloaded it again. I also hard reset my phone and no changes.
App does not like iOS 16. Since I installed, constant “we could not connect to the internet” error. It has to be the RTD App. Everything else works fine. Fix it, super inconvenient.
