Currently have 2 carts waiting for payment, which I don’t want to make, no matter how badly I want those fabulous clothes (some for Christmas presents) because the system is a mess....I have left numerous irate comments/messages for the last few days. Trying numerous ways to actually let you know how your site is loosing sales because, among other things: you cannot make any corrections once an item is in your cart ... delete an item? Nope, can’t do it. Change the number of an item? Nope....you can increase the number but not subtract if you want fewer or none of that item. Change the size or color of an item? Nope....don’t bother trying for days like I did to do all of these things only to have the site set up several different duplicate carts again with unwanted duplicates and wrong sizes. I have begged you to contact me concerning these orders because even after days of searching for.a phone number for you, when I FINALLY stumbled across a page that claimed to offer a phone number to you...surprise, surprise....DID NOT GET ONE ! JUST LIKE WHEN I FOUND A PAGE THAT SAID I COULD EDIT AN ORDER ! I am going to try one more thing...start a whole new order and try once again to cancel the messed up ones (too late for the first order I put through where I was unable to remove the unwanted item). I hope it works....In decades of.ordering online I have never posted a nasty review, preferring to contact the company, make them aware of the problem (usually fixed by the next day) and resolve it so that I can leave a favorable review ( I feel like this benefits the manufacturer, the vendor, and other customers as well as me). But after 3 days of my leaving increasingly angry messages ( and believe me it takes a LOT to make me mad), leaving both my phone number (503-477-5691) and my email ( lauriemckinley@redacted) with absolutely NO response from you, I can only assume that you simply do not care at all about your customers, and apologize to all my friends and family that I eagerly recommended you to (some excitedly expecting gifts I showed them on you website that are going to very disappointed and will, in turn warn their own friends and family to ignore their own recommendations)! If you have not made any effort to rectify this by tomorrow, In order to spare other people the pain and frustration that I have endured over more than three days now dealing with you to no avail (days I could have spent using other websites for Christmas shopping before the best items sold out....I’m seriously thinking I should contact a lawyer); if I get no response once again by noon tomorrow I WILL BE POSTING ALL THIS IN A REVIEW! THANKS FOR NOTHING !!!

Hi! The only problem is I can’t buy a couple hundred dollars worth at a time because I can’t afford it straight up, So! Would you consider adding Laybuy or/ and Openpay to your options of payments?Afterpay and zippay are very hard for people to get a chance on that unless you have perfect history. LAYBUY AND OPENPAY ACTUALLY GIVE YOU A GO, They are the only two I have, If you could add either or both of those as payment options it would be fantastic, Could you please please look into them because then I could buy in bulk 😊 Thank you 🙏

I’m very disappointed with the company in general. My order of 7 tops did not fit properly after I waited over a month to get them. I requested a refund the day after receipt and didn’t receive a response. I have continue to contact them and a week later have still have not received a response. This is very disappointing. They can’t even respond to me or refund my money. I will never purchase from them again. This is a terrible way to do business. I made an order over a month ago. They were happy to take over $300. From my account. My order status still says they are preparing my order?? When i try to contact the company all i can do is ask through the app. They don't take calls or email. And only give caned responses. Well see how the refund gos.. but from what i can tell is i was stupid enough to get taken for over 300.0 . You would think these apps were vetted. Not sure who to hold responsible as it seems this is a China company.

WHAT A SHAM

I ordered twice and the advertising of your clothes is so shady. The prices are so low it’s not even worth the price to send back. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY! This last ugly blouse that looks like something my great gramma would wear is headed to the thrift store. The material you use Is the CHEAPEST I have ever seen! You should be ashamed of yourself but you making the money aren’t you from all these unsuspecting women(including me). I’ll make sure I’ll give your company a review everywhere I can. Oh by the way I gave the tee with the cats to my 12 year old niece.
