Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures Status

Though the game worked earlier , it became useless a few weeks ago. I have a VIP access, but l cannot use anything: if l click on any room or location, only the intermediate screen (with the car or patterns) will appear and the music will start but nothing else will happen. What cam I do?

When I went in and started playing it exited out of the game and I had to start over the entire thing.when I went back in it did the same thing again.

Keeps jumping out sometimes can’t even get in rooms

My daughter has VIP access but cannot open all the rooms in the Dreamhouse. This has been going on for awhile. She doesn’t want to uninstall and reinstall and lose all of her decorations and outfits. How can we fix this?

We haven’t been able to access the kitchen and some other rooms. It makes the app jump out and close. We have VIP access but that hasn’t made a difference. I don’t know what to do to make it work.

Hello, I just bought for my daughter the VIP access. She was playing with the camping car and she could not open it anymore by pressing the button. If we re-install the application, will she we lose all money and items? What could we do?

Yeah, it broke on us too. We just reinstalled the software, it asks if I wanted to unsubscribe, "just say no" -- the small 4.99 or whatever that cost is is worth it to unlock everything.

The RV expand button that converts the rv to up to the pool and will not open when the expand button is pressed. I would like to have this issue resolved because I am afraid if I uninstall the app I’ll lose all my daughters progress. Thank you in advance.
