The app is not working. I have restarted my phone, closed and opened the app, even deleted and re downloaded it. Still not working.

The GoMLS app is not working. I have restarted it and also reinstalled it but still not working.

How to fix GoMLS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoMLS app on iPhone
Update GoMLS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoMLS iPhone app

Fix GoMLS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoMLS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GoMLS app issues:

Force Stop the GoMLS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GoMLS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GoMLS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoMLS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GoMLS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GoMLS.

Fix GoMLS unable to contact server/ GoMLS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GoMLS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GoMLS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoMLS on android.
