I prefer the old version, this is HORRIBLE. In the previous version we had the option to input an address in the search tab and we got as a result all the listings in any status Active, Pending, etc for all the units in that building, that was perfect to compare prices, etc. in this new version we are obligated to select just one address and unit number. we have to guess between many options what’s the unit in the active status. Also the new design and layout is really bad, the previous had the Public Record in the right side, that was wonderful. Conclusion: Fire the designer/developer team and refund the money spent in this trash.

I’m not even going to start telling you the amount of issues I have with GoMLS, between the searching, the map, the order of the properties, the fact that I can’t even map the listing while I’m looking at it. SERIOUSLY?! The issue here is that none of these developers actually use GoMLS . They would make significant changes if they did Real Estate in Miami, it’s 95 degrees outside, and GoMLS won’t even load the property info correctly. I’m done with it.

I used to love the older version of GoMLS, don't know why they got rid of the older version if it worked fine and was WAY more intuitive than this version. My favorite option was the school district search, I could just type in the name of the school district I wanted to search for properties within as a keyword search and was then able to further customize my search by filtering price, number of bedrooms & bathrooms etc. Not a fan of this very simplistic version of the previous app, once they update the interface to include the previous options I mentioned I’ll update my rating accordingly.

GoMLS is a step down from the older version.
Im constantly having problems with it. Its not staying up to date with active available properties.
When you look it up on here it says active but when you look at the same properties on mls it has been in pending for several days.
There is also an issue when GoMLS is shared with clients they are not able to open.
There is also a problem when you want to start/reset a new search it won’t totally erase the information from the previous search. Also there’s an issue saving searches.

This new update is horrible. Not sure why the price blocks are so big and there is so much going on on the screen. Reds and blues and just way to bright. It’s like whacking a stick channel with all the news bars and stocks going across. We agents just want an EASY way to access listings, agents or owner info when we are out with clients. Not sure who’s idea it is to complicate everything but two days ago GoMLS was the best...now it’s awful. Why change a good thing...doesn’t make any sense.

The one before was way more better than this one for many reasons. This one doesn’t allow you to put in multiple MLS #, nor it’s accurate with the properties that are really active, or undercontract.
It really needs “lot size” criteria. If you type in an address and made a mistake, one has to rewrite the complete address again. It works really bad, And I don’t like it at all.

GoMLS is a piece of crap! I liked the old app rather than this one. I was able to see the sold homes and the active homes together. On this new app I cannot and therefore I cannot find the real nominal of the homes sold in the area. The aerial view of homes sold and active together. I dislike the layout of how you have to see the properties. I never write reviews but I had to do it for this one because I really miss the old app. Or at least make this one better and stop telling people how wonderful it is because it’s not!

I expected way more from GoMLS. There is no way to connect with clients to share a property or chat. It gives the option but the share app button doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried several things to try to get it to work and nothing. It also has silly search functions without being able to search for something as simple as a garage. Poor execution. Wish there was a better option. I’m very disappointed.

Coming over from Carolina MLS app to this as they’re axing the other one and this is such a huge backwards slide. The other app worked perfectly and showed properties soooo much better where this one struggles to find relevant properties. A map view would be nice and also to have a small snapshot of the property would be nice in the list view, especially with the active listings showing first. GoMLS feels very clunky to use and I have to resort to pulling out my computer now.

Why can’t you choose / filter by category (single family vs condo townhouses)?? This seems to be a very basic filter that is missing. Property type filter is not effective at all for eliminating condos and townhouses from my searches. I can’t even submit this feedback on GoMLS because the feedback feature isn’t working!!

What every other one or two star review said, I agree. It’s easier to just use my device browser and use the online version of my MLS, which is inconvenient but nets better results than GoMLS. This could be so much better and given what we pay to be members of the MLS, they should be able to provide a better app.

Constantly having issues with this apps. Closes out for no reason all the time and I have to redo my search. Even after updating, reloading, same - sometimes I’ll click on a home I am interested in finding more about and GoMLS just closes out. Login issues! GoMLS is absolutely horrible. Filters are not helpful. Cannot filter certain things without the laptop. Cannot see listing agent’s complete info without the laptop. GoMLS needs a lot of work.

When I downloaded this new version of GoMLS it worked fine. Not ideal, or better than the last, but I could work with it. I was able to find listings to share with my client. I went back on 2 days later to do the same and my share listing icon was gone. I’ve called the board and they keep telling me to delete and download again. They keep thinking I’m trying to share GoMLS . I just went to share listings directly from GoMLS . Not possible now. Very frustrating.

This new app that is replacing NTREISgo is supposed to be better and not worse, right? It’s new and I know there are kinks and bugs to work out, but overall newer is supposed to be better. Seems as if GoMLS is more complicated to get the “search” working properly and occasionally cannot populate properties on the map. Some times it works, other times it’s just frustrating. It would have been nice if they work off of the original platform and add new features to it. Someone let me know if I’m the only one with these issues and view.

I love the new look & access of the new app, however, every listing I have looked at shows all the photos in a poor quality. The thumbnails look decent, although small, & then once I scroll the the individual photos I’m left with uncertainty.

Seems to be the same as the other MLS app haven’t noticed any additional functions/features
I did feel the pop up asking me to download the new app when I was in GoMLS was quiet annoying. I even deleted the old one to see if it would stop the pop up!

GoMLS is very convenient for an on the go busy lifestyle. I’m a Nurse and a single mother, who needs to take care of business on the go. In my world, sitting in front of my laptop is not always realistic. GoMLS helps me to research and review potential properties while still meeting the demands of my career and family life!

I’m always busy and on the go. GoMLS makes life easy! I often have friends or family mention how they are looking for something specific and can’t find it online without so many other options appearing that they have to weed out. GoMLS shows new listings and price drops in real time! The only app that I will ever use to help navigate the real estate market!

GoMLS contains true information on listings on the market. Unlike the the big Z website and R.com it has the correct status of listings and is tied to local agents.

The My MLS App was so user friendly. So easy to search areas and filter the search criteria. GoMLS makes no sense. It’s either unable or too difficult to do a basic search for homes in a county, let alone anywhere else. Pretty much only useful for searching for actual listings or addresses.

GoMLS was usable before. Now it’s incredibly unwieldy and time consuming to perform simple searches. It’s not appropriate for mobile use. They need to change it back to the previous format. This new update is garbage!!

I really like GoMLS. It’s nice to be able to pull up info on a property without having to go back to the office. Only problem I have had is that every 2nd or third time I go into GoMLS I get an “invalid user” error.

GoMLS tends to just cut out in the middle of using it and say “connection error” then it become a unusable no matter how many times you close it and open it back up again. Good app with a flaw that needs a fix .

The this app app asks you to download the new this app app every action you take. Guess somebody was lazy when they copy-pasted the MyMLS app to re-brand it, and forgot to remove the annoying pop up.

Don’t be limited to what you know. Explore GoMLS features like draw and favorites. You can basically shop and let your realtor do the rest of the work.

GoMLS is a God sent! The only changes could be that the customer would need a bit more information (Bells & Whistles), to tease their interest and stay within GoMLS , otherwise for the Real Estate Agent is AWESOME!

Mostly I use my iPhone rather than computer. This application works very well.
