Work crashes upon opening. I’ve restarted my phone, made sure I was running the latest iOS, and reinstalled Work several times. It keeps crashing when opened so I can’t use it.

Will update review after it’s fixed.

I thought it looked like a good app when I got it. After having contacted support and had several calls to try and rectify some solutions on their platform. After being told Uber and over that they “were updating the platform” and it clearly wasn’t. They just wanted my monthly fee, I tried to cancel w them (which was a pain in itself) and after FINALLY getting a cancelation e-mail (after another month subscription was charged) I was told it was cancelled. BUT WAIT... the next month I was charged yet AGAIN. I sent screenshots emails etc and finally was told “oh we didn’t see it cancelled on our end blah blah”. Ye right!

Worst ever. Go somewhere else unless you like to have a subpar product that makes claims they can’t keep.

It’s a fine app when it doesn’t crash. I’m part of a team of 30 or so individuals. It doesn’t this app for any of us more than 10% of the time. The rest of the time we get a black screen of death stating, “unexpected error occurred.”
This has been a several month issue with no end in sight

Half the time the clock in/out page won't load. Sometimes Work won't open, available shift page almost never loads when it shows there's shifts available. Wish my company would pick something else to use.

Work works alright, but it has a lot of room to grow. It doesn’t show the address of job sites, so we have to wait for a separate text from management telling us where to go. Plus it has my birth date completely wrong and I can’t change it. Why is the user not allowed to change their own birth date on their profile? I wish we had stuck with Deputy, honestly.

Downloaded an update this morning and now when I launch Work it closes immediately.
I’ve had issues with it before and this is the worst one. Hopefully my employer can put my this app hours in for me. Slow, glitchy, and awful app.

Great app 70% of the time! The other 30% Work won’t even load. There have been wholes weeks at a time we’ve had to email our payroll to adjust our timesheets for us because WorkForce refuses to load. This was not a time occurrence.

Very nice, but it will be great if a field report can be done on the same platform.

Work is good, but sometimes it’s not accurate as for as the time you clock in, and sometimes you can’t clock in and or out at all.

Best scheduling app I've ever had compared to Kronos or hot schedules. So much easier to use and never goes down. A lot more features available on my phone as well which makes It 10/10.

Every time I try to use Work is says it fails to open. Have reinstalled 3 times now and still no luck.

Very good. Constantly shuts down by itself. It changes dates on its own. Kinda like a virtual Russian roulette never stays on the correct date you input.
