I thought it looked like a good app when I got it. After having contacted support and had several calls to try and rectify some solutions on their platform. After being told Uber and over that they “were updating the platform” and it clearly wasn’t. They just wanted my monthly fee, I tried to cancel w them (which was a pain in itself) and after FINALLY getting a cancelation e-mail (after another month subscription was charged) I was told it was cancelled. BUT WAIT... the next month I was charged yet AGAIN. I sent screenshots emails etc and finally was told “oh we didn’t see it cancelled on our end blah blah”. Ye right!
Worst ever. Go somewhere else unless you like to have a subpar product that makes claims they can’t keep.

It’s a fine app when it doesn’t crash. I’m part of a team of 30 or so individuals. It doesn’t work for any of us more than 10% of the time. The rest of the time we get a black screen of death stating, “unexpected error occurred.”
This has been a several month issue with no end in sight

Half the time the clock in/out page won't load. Sometimes the app won't open, available shift page almost never loads when it shows there's shifts available. Wish my company would pick something else to use.
