I have replaced my T3200M router with a TelusA40F. The Telus app says the TelusA40F is offline, but the devices are connected and are working. The app will not recognize the devices on my network, and it still seems to want to connect with T3200M router. Can you provide some advice as to how to make the app work as it should?
