Had issues recently (could not unpause a profile), but found deleting TELUSConnectMyWiFi and redownloading TELUSConnectMyWiFi fixed the issue.

I appreciate being able to assign devices to a profile, so that after my child’s bedtime, each device listed on that profile, are shut down. My partner can still access the internet from their devices, but my child cannot.
