someone please help. i use pc, and when i go on the sephora website, it never lets me log in to my account. it always shows a message when i try to add smth to my basket telling me to log in but i cant

I can't checkout..."place order".. button grayed out. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and cleared cache. Still not working. I have had this issue several times in the past, why is this such a problem with this app????..
