Feedback on cooperation and communication with operators

Dissatisfied with the work of your bank. My card was blocked and no exact reason was given - a strange explanation "based on the accumulation of information from various sources", even though I provided all the documents explaining my transactions. For six months, I communicated with various operators and tried to find out the reason and whether it is possible to renew cooperation, but there was no answer except for the word "wait". Today, I again contacted the operator and asked to resume cooperation, but I was refused again, when I asked why, the answer was that they could not tell the reason due to the bank's policy. I cooperate with different banks in different countries, but this is the first time I hear such nonsense, it is a very strange policy. Monobank, if you want to have customers, then change your rules! Not satisfied with the work of the bank! I do not recommend this bank to anyone!!!
Thank you Monobank for the wasted time and spoiled mood!!! You are the worst bank!!!

App blocks critical features without unnecessary permissions like geo location

1. I used your app to issue physical card. I didn’t manage to select Nova Poshta office without giving access to my geo location.
It is super ugly user experience and doesn’t match with Apple guidelines.
I can select Nova Poshta office from the list, but pop up with location permissions just blocking all user flow.
If I can select Nova Poshta office from the list, why you irritate me as a user with geo location permissions pop up? And why it is required?
It’s not app for navigation where location is critical.
2. After transferring to another card I have an option to create a contact for card. This pop up with asking permissions for my Contacts is annoying and I think I saw this before. You can make a hint to do this, but not with blocking pop up.

Please follow and respect Apple guidelines.
1. Ask permissions once.
2. Ask permissions only when it is really required for application feature. Giving access to geo location is super strange when it is not required and you already provide options to select locations from the list by search.
I think such data is super sensitive and collecting this “for fun” doesn’t sound good.
3. Please perhaps hire better UX and developers.

Bank starts to play in politic with its application

The bank decided to ignore that there are a lot of people who speak Russian language and decided to move them on Ukrainian version of application.
It’s not their responsibility to decide which language should we use in our day to day life.

Abnormally long delay in deposit repayment:

Today my deposit expired and I set up the repayment to another bank. There is no trace of the bank transfer. The deposit has not been repaid yet - 15 hours after the operation. The bank support is useless. My other plans for today scrapped. I can’t complete 2 bank operations which are to be funded with deposit funds.

Deposit page is not working

When l'm trying to click on one of my deposits for withdraw I got white screen and application is not responding. Could you fix this ASAP?

Not work without permissions

I didn't provide mono some permissions, ie geo. And app not usable then I open some screen with request permission, I can only go to settings or kill monobankdigitalmobilebank . Think about apple guides and persons, who not share some permission. Allow user to remove window with permission request

I’m in different country. The card works all good. I had problems getting in my app, but the service solved the problem fast. Me being in a different country.

Split payment doesn’t work.

Despite announced, split payment feature doesn’t work, and application support team respond that feature is not included in current version. I suppose we deserve honest feature lists in App Store.
