Home page is empty
Very bad team either the office time nor the drivers. I have updated my location on DailyMealz before my subscription but I keep receiving messages on WhatsApp every three days from different drivers requesting my location. Many times the drivers show up after the agreed time of delivery and force me to receive my meals in bad condition, lots of complaints raised to the management but only temporary solutions is made, and my problem is repeated many times.
IN GENERAL, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!
Just downloaded DailyMealz today ! Had some questions regarding delivery and menu , so. I contacted support well .. no reply and they have the nerve to say we reply in less than 5min like HUH are you serious i have 2 conversations 1 hours ago definitely more than 2hrs and the other one i timed it to 5 min guess what no one replied to either one of them !!! so yeah I deleted DailyMealz and wont ever use it im not about to waste my time and energy to chase after some info
You lost a potential customer!
Subpar even to local standards, which are especially low anyway. Tried contacting them and was included in an internal email conversation which concluded with closing of a request that wasn’t address. A phone contact was provided but kept being rejected in each attempt. Seems like poor training, incompetence and lack of professionalism are their core values. One star seems too generous a rating for them…
I don’t recommend it at all as they are only an application and food match making. Despite the fact that you select certain food options, you get totally different items. In addition, the delivery is terrible, they leave food outside in a 45 degrees and they don’t inform you or alert you!!!! Very bad experience.
They have a very bad way of delivering the food, I have never seen such a bad customer experience with other service providers!
It is better to look for another App, there are bunch of good apps out there!
Youre not a bank or even a gov service. Even tawakalna was by faceid and kept you signed in. If you cant keep me logged in then i cant keep buying subscriptions. Pretty stupid
Worst customer services ever, late in delivery
I exactly provided my address and delivery instructions for my monthly subscription, I opted to get contacted via WhatsApp , however , I kept getting calls from the drivers where they were not even near my location then calling again asking about my address and how can they reach the floor I am at ! They had a free coffee offer which was not delivered to me and the driver didn’t take any effort in trying to deliver it rather going back to the company telling them he has issues delivering my order !!!! Will never pay a single riyal again for such messy bad service….
Hello , order not match pictures and description, I select rice with shawrma , tabbed with yogurt , but I received shawram with rice only not match the pic at all
One of worse Apps and even the worst costumer service Won’t recommend it ever for anyone واحد من اسوا البرامج واسوا خدمة عملاء يردون عليك بعد ٦ ساعات ونص كلمة بصراحة ما انصح فيه ابد وغير كذا ما يوصلون لك الوجبات اللي مشترك فيها

Food is always cold
They do not stick to the requested timing everyday they deliver in a deferent time
Customer service reply back to you within 6 hours
This was absolutely the worst experience ever

I downloaded DailyMealz on the beginning of their launch, and it had some technical issues but now with new upgrades I like it even more. And the service is really nice, a lot of times I be busy working and food is delivered everyday same time without me having to worry about it or get phone calls for delivery info. One time was enough for them which is amazing.
