I exactly provided my address and delivery instructions for my monthly subscription, I opted to get contacted via WhatsApp , however , I kept getting calls from the drivers where they were not even near my location then calling again asking about my address and how can they reach the floor I am at ! They had a free coffee offer which was not delivered to me and the driver didn’t take any effort in trying to deliver it rather going back to the company telling them he has issues delivering my order !!!! Will never pay a single riyal again for such messy bad service….

Very bad team either the office time nor the drivers. I have updated my location on the app before my subscription but I keep receiving messages on WhatsApp every three days from different drivers requesting my location. Many times the drivers show up after the agreed time of delivery and force me to receive my meals in bad condition, lots of complaints raised to the management but only temporary solutions is made, and my problem is repeated many times.
IN GENERAL, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!

Just downloaded the app today ! Had some questions regarding delivery and menu , so. I contacted support well .. no reply and they have the nerve to say we reply in less than 5min like HUH are you serious i have 2 conversations 1 hours ago definitely more than 2hrs and the other one i timed it to 5 min guess what no one replied to either one of them !!! so yeah I deleted the app and wont ever use it im not about to waste my time and energy to chase after some info
