Scanner portion of app doesn’t work. Whenever I press the scan button, the app crashes. I tried deleting reloading the app. Same issue continues. Using iPhone X with IOS 15.6

Hi, my scoutify app 2 is not letting me scan items at all... The issue is that every time i try to scan something it says "we apologize, a server error occured. i need this fixed asap! this app is a valuable app i need to keep my business running. Thank you
