Overall an amazing app with a lot of speed when scanning. My only gripe is that when you check whether you’re restricted, the ‘done’ button is right up the top instead of down the bottom. When you’re using Scoutify2 one handed while handling items, it’s extra time needed to put your item down, hit done using your other hand, then tap scan again.

Another option might be to make the restricted screen disappear after 5 or 10 seconds, so it’s ready for the next scan without putting the item you’re scanning down.

I love the features integrated into Scoutify2. I was very excited when I first use Scoutify2 and it worked seamlessly. With that being said I have had nothing but issues after my first day of using Scoutify2. It always airs out and says server unavailable. I am now trying to re-download Scoutify2 now and try to use it since they are forcing us to go on the first to the new app from the old one. I am very scared but thought this review was very helpful and I hope they get all the issues fix or I may possibly have to look for another company.

I finally figured out after pressing on everything how to sign in Scoutify2 . For everyone looking to sign up you need to click on “app support” that will take you to inventory labs website. At the bottom click on sign up to create your account. Haven’t used Scoutify2 yet but Hoping it’s much better than how difficult it was to figure out how to sign up.

The new interface is great but the numbers it automatically puts in aren’t always the buy box so if you trust it you buy something that you can’t make any money on. The search bar is flawed and says error if your search contains a period such as “3.4 oz”. Needs a lot of fixing before it can be trusted to make you money.

Scoutify is my trusted companion when I’m out sourcing. Loads of features that help me make the right buying decision. It even lets me know if I have sold it previously and how many I have in stock!

Add a no time out feature so the phone doesn’t lock. Add how many times an item sells per month counter. Other than that it’s a great app. I use it daily.

Why do I have to pay for a subscription through inventory lab in order to use Scoutify2.

Downloaded Scoutify2 to improve my business, can’t even get passed the login screen. How do you create an account? No option and if I put in an email and password (thinking it creates an account for first time login) nothing happens. Shame. Now I won’t be successful with my business.

$480 for a year. No thanks. Uninstalled without creating an account. Not sure why your service needs to be that ridiculously expensive for what you provide.

Every time I use Scoutify2, I have to relog into seller central through Scoutify2 or else a message pops up with every scan. Very annoying

Scoutify2 is not free & requires a paid subscription to InventoryLab ($49/month, $480/year!) online in order to sign in & use! I thought there were app store rules against listing an app without disclosing it as a subscription/pay for use item.

Any search that I do takes a very long time to show results. I’m unable to use this to source products because of this issue. I’m using it on an IPhone 6.

InventoryLab credentials are not working with Scoutify2 . Can’t even log in.

I have not been able to create an accnt- all I get is log in- can someone tell me how to open an account?

Needs better tools. Checking amazon restrictions makes you leave Scoutify2 and go into safari browser. Camelcamelcamel is almost useless. Displays incorrect data or no data at all. Inventorylab needs to bring a partnership together with helium10 to display last 30 days sales data as well as price chart for each item searched for.

This is the worse app I’ve ever downloaded in my life. Scoutify2 brings you to an old website browser rather than keeping you in Scoutify2 . It then forces you to sign into your amazon seller account before you’re even able to explore to ensure this is an app you want to use. Waste of my time. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GET ANOTHER APP!

With the latest update of Scoutify2, Scoutify2 is almost unusable now. It takes me on an iPhone 7 10-20 seconds to search for an item, where it used to take me 2-4 seconds. I checked with my friend who also has IL on his iPhone 10, and it also takes 10-20 seconds on his phone after updating. This is lousy and impractical to use now in a store. This needs to be fixed immediately.
