Awful App if this was 2017. In 2021 it is dreadful
Where to begin: - unreliable. I have ended not trusting what I see on the app and going to the webapp to check if content has been uploaded. Documents that refresh on web do not refresh on app - annotation feels like I am using Microsoft Paint 15 years ago - clunky. UI is horrible

Regularly throws you out of the app. Then you have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get back in. No one has time for this. And then you can’t post a review because it forces you to provide a nickname and then tells you they all are taken. Seriously, NASDAQ, this is bad.

Constantly kicks you out and hard to get in
I have to add at least an hour to every session to have time to contact customer service for help. Impossible!
