I am getting more frequent internet connection issues with my tastytrade desktop app. Used to be mostly only outside trading hours but now had outages several times while trying to put on a trade. No issues at all with other apps on my desktop (including Interactive Brokers). Tried re-installing app, closing other apps, etc. but this didn't help. Nicolaas
Unable to display chart on my desktop app. It only displays "Waiting for data".
When closing the application on Windows Desktop, application hangs, screen goes white, and reports that there's an issue. This has been happening for months (not every time, but a majority of the time it happens ~90%). Seems slow to close, so I'd suggest looking into the actions and processes taking place at close. Please advise! I have a MacBook Air laptop and when I use Chrome or Safari the platform continually crashes. This has been a problem for several months. What can I do? Thanks, Ken
Is there a way to switch back to the legacy app? The recently updated version is incredibly buggy and slow, making it impossible to place trades.

On my iPad when I was logging in it asked if I wanted to go for easy touch login and I pressed yes, now every time I open the app it starts loading and then crashes?

I have problems with the Windows desktop platform. Many times, parts of the screen are black - particularly the bottom part where "Review & Send" is and also the right hand pane. My internet is fine - 285 Mbps down and 45 Mbps up. Memory usage is 77%, CPU is 22%. Any ideas?
