Hello, When I try to change the background of my ebooks pages I am unable to get one solid color. When I change the background, I just get the outside surrounding edges to turn to the color I chose. I’ve tried everything I could possibly think of and still have the problem. Could you provide very specific and detailed instructions on how to do this in the app? iPhone iOS 15.4 iPhone 8 Thanks! How to fix tiReader app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the tiReader app on iPhone
Update tiReader app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall tiReader iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix tiReader on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve tiReader network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

tiReader Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix tiReader not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the tiReader App
1. On android, goto Settings » tiReader » click [Force Stop]

Update tiReader to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear tiReader App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » tiReader » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart tiReader.

Fix tiReader unable to contact server/ tiReader internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click tiReader » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto tiReader » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch tiReader
