I am trying to retrieve my recordings. My list only goes to december 2021

To resolve Smart Recorder and transcriber network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Smart Recorder and transcriber App
1. On android, goto Settings » Smart Recorder and transcriber » click [Force Stop]

Clear Smart Recorder and transcriber App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Smart Recorder and transcriber » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Smart Recorder and transcriber.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Smart Recorder and transcriber » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Smart Recorder and transcriber » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Smart Recorder and transcriber
