How to fix NursTrial app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NursTrial app on iPhone
Update NursTrial app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NursTrial iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NursTrial on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NursTrial network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NursTrial Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NursTrial not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NursTrial App
1. On android, goto Settings » NursTrial » click [Force Stop]

Update NursTrial to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NursTrial App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NursTrial » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NursTrial.

Fix NursTrial unable to contact server/ NursTrial internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NursTrial » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NursTrial » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NursTrial
